We are very grateful to the Government of Ghana for providing infrastructure and funds for the development of the Polytechnic. Init operated under the Ghana Education Service to offer intermediate courses leading to the award of non-tertiary certificates.
After the enactment of the PNDCL inthe Technical University was upgraded to a tertiary level that allowed it to run programmes associated with the award of Higher National Diplomas.
In began operating under Ghana Education Service in Management is liaising with some private organizations to construct more hostel facilities for students to ease accommodation problems. It was then allowed to offer intermediate courses and also award non-tertiary certificates.
Through the Staff Development Policy members of staff have greatly improved their academic qualifications to enhance teaching and learning in the Polytechnic.
Areas of Interest for Partnership Seeking collaboration on improving vocational education training focus on skill development. Phase II of the housing project for staff is also completed. They should also have one-year work experience in a related field.
